We are a small team of Builders who only take on one major project at a time. By doing this we can work in close patnership with each of our customers to successfully complete the project in the right time scale & within budget.
We pride ourselves on excellent workmanship & always use top quality materials. All work is undertaken by fully qualified , fully insured tradesmen using only certified electricians & gas fitting sub contractors out side our team who we have worked along side with for many years.

Noel David Building was established in 2004 by Noel Bardell who started off his career in 1994 for a small gang of builders in Solihull, in 1995 he started building new homes and home Extensions up until the present day. To date he has built up an excellent portfolio of House Extensions , Home improvements , Home Alterations & Refurbishments with just a few on show in our gallery & recent projects page.
